SPRING HAS SPRUNG !

I was feeling a little optimistic about SPRING!!
Me and my sister found these cute Spring letters at Wood Connection in SLC.
So I got a little crafty and painted them. Cute huh?
Now if only the weather will stay as bright and happy

I feel a sin coming on .....

Today me and my Sista had a wonderful day in SLC we found the cutest wood at Wood Connection then off to Quilted Bear btw Ogden is better just sayin ...Then off to a spring day at Gardner Village we ate the best hamburger at Archibald's yummy!
Most of you know I have this little obsession for purses yes I have to say the very expensive ones. As we roamed around I saw this cute little number RED hello my total absolute color. There was only one teeney weeny problem. It had "I feel like a sin coming on" in black letters all over it as we almost died gigglin. I just had to get a pic's of me holding it!
BTW Jan it won't be my church lady bag ! hahahahha

Is this all I'm Worth?

Winner winner Chicken Dinner...I'm worth more than Dubb in my nephew Kolt's eyes!
We were over for Kyle's B-day and we all were having a conversion about Bogus checks.
So Kolt decides that he is going to write everyone at the party a check and so the story goes.
He sat down and started to write out checks to everyone at the party all different amounts and all he could do is giggle the whole time as he wrote the checks we were all chatting and all of a sudden he came to me with my "prized" amount of a whoppin $10.00 bucks. As I tried to control my excitement he said "Aunt Dawni see what I do for Uncle Wayne". So off he goes with the pen and checkbook. As you can see Dubb is not a LUCKY as me he only got $2.00 bucks. Yes I said 2 count them 1, 2 nanny nanny boo boo Dubb. Aunt Dawni will and always will ROCK when it comes to money with the nephew.
Thanks my little kolty for thinkin of your poor Auntie.

Harrisville Stake Relief Society Women's Conference

Today our stake had it's annual Women's conference I got to spend the day with my step mom Carol. It was based on 25 years in the making Past, Present, Future.

Our Past speaker was Sister Paula Hansen-She was amazing she told of her experiences of loosing her spouse of 25 years and how hard and trying it was but her faith in keeping a journal was such a choice experience to look back and see the trying times and be able to rise above them. And to always stay close to our Heavenly Father.

Our Present Speaker was Sister Linda Gubler- She was so fun and happy. She spoke about Today is a Gift...Choose to open it and enjoy it.

Everyday is a special Occasion!

Our Future Speaker Bro. Greg Thorpe is told us we need to think of ourselves and love yourself as you love your neighbors. We need to have a strong testimony and always feel the spirit that the Lord has offered us.

We were able to laugh, cry and feel the spirit it was truly a Gift that why they call it the Present!

American Idol

American Idol ....Hello My Fav show ! I'm so glad for DVR because with my crazy schedule I can't get to watch it live. Dubb is a closet watcher he refuses to watch with me but will comment on the show all the time. I think he is hooked and he wont admit it. My fav this year so far is Danny I just love him. Cross your fingers that he is in the final.

Temple Day

Today I was just hanging out and poof I got the feeling like I needed to go to the temple so off I went. What a wonderful place to be and around so many smiley and happy people. I sat next to a lady that was vision -ally impaired but you would have never known it. This sister had a special helper that helped her around what a sweet spirit she expressed.
It was awesome!!

Fitness Fever

I have lost another 2lbs this bringing the grand total to 25lbs. I'm almost to my 1st goal yeah!!

The other day dubb was huggin me and he said ohh honey I can get my arms all around you! I was gigglin and said was I so PHAT before that you couldn't. Men....not only know what to say at the right times to make you feel all sassy.But I think he's still a keeper!
