I went t0 Kolt's Basketball game today!

His team won 21-16. Kolt even scored a basket

and had a few rebounds!

Fitness Fever Update

I'm down 12 lbs ! It's weird that just 12 lbs makes such a difference. I think the low carbs and sugars are they way to go! I feel so good and have tons of energy! But I still crave the loaf of French bread with tons of butter ..hehehe Maybe one day that craving will go away!

Meet Cooper .....

It's been 2 years since I had a baby in the house.
My friend "Miss Marlene" from my ward had poodles and of course I had to have one!
He is so stinkin cute and small.
It's so fun to have a new baby again, Miss M sent me home with this little cute basket!

Called to Serve

So I thought I could fly under the radar for a bit after being released from Young Women's, BOY was I wrong. I've been called as the Compassionate Service Leader. Wow what a responsibility. Wish me luck!

Back on the wagon !

It's that time of year when you look at yourself in the mirror and "freak" out about the way you look! So 2010 is gonna be the year I really and truly do it, lose all my "junk in the trunk"

I have few co workers that have gone to http://www.youphoriabodysculpting.com and they look like a million bucks.

I went and met with Dr. Smith and was totally amazed at what he told me about diet,exercise it totally makes sense! Our body is a machine and how we burn off fat is complicated, but if we only give it the right things it's amazing how we feel so much better.

I know is so much easier said than done. But 2010 is my year BABY to feel better and look awesome! Wish me luck.

I will keep a journal of my hard work and efforts, stay tuned for the new and improved ME!

January Project

Well it's the cold January and I decorate my house in Snowmen.

I found this cute pattern at Shepherds Bush if your a cross stichter and haven't been there you have to go or visit them online. http://www.shepherdsbush.net/ .They have any pattern you would want or need, PURE Heaven for the stichter!

I stitched this up so fast and then painted the frame to match, so cute don't ya think ?

I have 2 other snowmen patterns in the works for a boring January hopefully it will make the blah's of January more fun !

New Year's Eve 2009

For New Year's Eve 2009 We went over to my Sister's and Partied Hardy.

We had home made Burgers and Fries, and then the serious game playing started.

We played Wii and look at who won!
