BFF's .... I'm so Lucky

Me, Kristina, Jackie
I am one lucky gal to have these ladies in my life. We served together in Relief Society Presidency. Talk about strong Women they are Awesome Mothers, Wives, And make me SMILE. I can't believe how lucky I am to be with these ladies this past week. I got to spend last Saturday with Kristina and Jackie at the Relief Society Broadcast. Our Testimony's increased so much hearing the words of our leaders from The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints. I love to feel the spirit with these ladies.

Then on Tues when I was having the WORST day at work. I got a happy text from Natasha. She asked me to get together with the gals. It's exactly what I needed. We went to Farr's Fresh for Ice Cream. The first time these gals took me there. I spent $14.00 on ice cream. I didn't know that they "weigh" your Ice Cream. I put every topping I could on there. Now I'm more" aware" when I add my toppings. We still giggle when we think about the look on my face when they said your total is $14.00. These Ladies mean the world to me. We don't get to see each other every week like we did when we served together. But when we get together it's like we were never apart. My tummy still hurts from giggling all night.
I love your guts gal.
Thanks for the Fun!

Service with a smile

Natasha, Me, Kristina
We had the opportunity to do some Service as we went on our Relief Society visits this week. We went to a Sister's house that was new on our list of Relief Society Sister's to make contact with. As we visited she commented that she wanted some Apricots. We were able to full fill her wishes. We have a Sister in our ward that has a HUGE Apricot Tree on her property so we thought we would be able to make her wishes come true. Kristina and Natasha started to pick the Apricot Tree as I ran home and got my ATV. We were laughing and giggling so hard as Kristina climbed the tree and got a "sliver" in her finger. She is such a trooper. Kristina would shake the limbs and Natasha and I would scramble to pick up the fruit. As we finished getting a bowl filled with YUMMY Apricots. We all hopped on my ATV and off we went to Deliver the fruit. We hopefully made this Sisters day by full filling her wish to make Apricot Jam. It is so AWESOME to be able to full fill a" Service Wish" and have fun doing it. I am so blessed to serve in the Relief Society with these sisters.

My New Calling

I have just been called to the Relief Society Presidency
I will be the 1st Counselor

How Scary is that ?????
My Bishop is my Home Teacher so when he said he needed to visit I was like it's just a visit. We started to chat and then he laid it on me !! I'm not here for a visit. I was like WHAT?????
I just got a calling working in the Primary as the Activity Days Leader so I was like I'm safe ....aaahh  NOT!
I guess when your feeling "safe" in your calling guess what your not. I guess that's the Lords way of keeping you on your toes.
I have to say I know this will be a very time intensive calling but I'm super duper excited to serve the ladies of my ward. And to work with the ladies that are in the Presidency.
Wish me Luck
