It's that time of year when you look at yourself in the mirror and "freak" out about the way you look! So 2010 is gonna be the year I really and

I went and met with Dr. Smith and was totally amazed at what he told me about diet,exercise it totally makes sense! Our body is a machine and how we burn off fat is complicated, but if we only give it the right things it's amazing how we feel so much better.
I know is so much easier said than done. But 2010 is my year BABY to feel better and look awesome! Wish me luck.
