TOTAL SLACKER

I feel so bad that I have totally let my blog go. This is suppose to be our life story... right??? and I have totally been a slacker. Our life has been busy but that's no excuse to not BLOG. I just get busy having a life that I forget to jot it down. We are busy peeps and I have to keep our memory's at bay so when we are OLD we can remember all the fun times we had.

 We have been busy with the Truck Pulls. We had July 4th off from the pulls, So we packed up and headed up North to beautiful Star Valley Wyoming. Love that clean air. We had no plans just RELAX and that's totally what we did. 

 

 On July 4th we had a awesome surprise. The Star Valley Resort that we stayed out does a 4th of July Parade thru the RV Park. We got to watch all the older folks who "summer" at Star Valley decorate their golf carts and drive around. Parade at the park. Wow these people love to decorate their carts. It was great to kick back and watch them drive thru the park. I have to say this was the first parade I have ever seen at a RV park.

Happy 4th

 We drove up to the Grey's River it was beautiful. Pines and right by the water. Boy how I would love to have a Cabin right by the river

 

 We got a Subway sandwich and headed up the Grey's. After Lunch we hiked down the river. Cooper was wanting to get by the river, I was afraid that the strong current would sweep him down the river.    

 Love the smell of the Pines and the sound of the river

 How can you blame a beaver from making his home right here in the beautiful place.

 The wild flowers were amazing the photos do not show all the vivid colors. We saw 6 Deer grazing as we drove from Alpine Junction to Smoot Wyoming.    

 I loved Bright Yellow color that dotted the mountain side.

It was a awesome relaxing trip. Only a few Hiccups our new trailer had a few problems. So We have to take her into the shop. Hopefully we will be back on the mountain in no time.
