Back on the Wagon


Well yes I'm back on the Weight loss Wagon once again. I had my yearly Physical and boy was I  shocked to step on the "Doctor's" scale. Why is it that "his" scale you always weigh so much more?
So I'm trying to be healthy I know I need to do this for a healthy life, but geez it's so hard. I can't say I LOVE to exercise. I know I need to so do this exercise thing. So that's really been my focused to commit to at least 3 times a week. So fair I have been able to do this. I hope to add more exercise into my life but for now 3 days have really been manageable for my busy life. I'm trying to eat less and make better food choices. I'm sure this is something that I will have to battle the rest of my life. But with small changes I think I can do hard things.......right?? 
So far I'm down 5 lbs. It seems like NO BIG DEAL 5 lbs. But at least I didn't gain 5. That what I have to keep in mind. It's a life style change not a diet.
