Happy Birthday to the Best husband

I'm so LUCKY to call him mine.

 Dubb wanted to go scout for Deer for his up coming Archery Deer Hunt for his Birthday. So off to the mountains we went.

 

Birthday Boy

I love to ride in the mountains. It's so relaxing to me to be the mountains. I love every minute of it.

 

As we rode around where he will hunt it was so covered in trees, this hunt will be totally different than any hunt he has done before. It was so warm almost HOT. We rode up this hill and Dubb was ahead of me and he stopped really fast and shut off his bike. I didn't know what to think. He

 signaled for me to come closer and we both were shocked when we saw this!!

 

A FREKKING 4 Point Buck

 

 

Dubb keeps telling the Nephew's Kyle and Kolt that if he sees a big BUCK he will tie it to a tree until Deer Hunt Opening Weekend. 

 

Since Lon passed away this April, Dubb is convinced that Lon will send a BIG BUCK from heaven.

Lon loved to Hunt on Monte and passed that done to Dubb and his Brother. So they will hit the hills next weekend for the big hunt.

Lon carved all of our family's initials in this tree by where he hunted. It was great to hike to the tree and remember when Lon carved the tree. It's still standing after all those years. It's a awesome memory of Lon.
