Fitness Fever

Well last week at my weekly weigh in I was UP 3 lbs yes it was muscle but still you weigh more. I was totally BUMMED. So this week I was like I'm gonna work out even harder to loose, silly me I will probably be up 5 lbs of muscle. Well I was working out so hard this week and my whole body hurt. So last night I told Dubb let's go on a bike ride. We started to ride all over by my house and I was feeling pretty darn good.We even rode over to my Dad's which is about 4 or 5 miles. But on the way home I wasn't feeling so good. I crashed and boy do I hurt. My elbow is black and blue my shin has my chain sprocket embedded in blood scraps and I have a huge black and blue palm,pinky finger, leg! But now for the GOOD NEWS I was done 2 lbs of FAT.......YipppeEEEEE!!! I guess the crash was worth it!

Even though exercise can be life treatening (he he) It's worth it all in the end! Your doing a great job- Keep it going you look great!
