Hey Dawni- Thanks for your kind comments on our kitchen! So sweet of you. I had a linoleum backsplash that went up my wall as well. We just used joint compoud to even out the surface as much as possible. It wont be perfect-but that's ok because the wallpaper is textured. When the sanding was done-we added a coat of primer-just to be on the safe side. Hope this helps! Good Luck!
